This Disclaimer applies to the neboola mobile application and the neboola.app website (together, the "App"), provided by SuperPug 3000 LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using the App, you accept this Disclaimer.
1. "As is" — no warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
2. Not professional advice
neboola is a tool for capturing, organizing, and working on your own ideas, notes, and tasks. It is not intended to provide professional advice of any kind — including legal, financial, medical, psychological, or business advice. Any decisions you make based on content you create or organize in the App are your own responsibility. For professional advice, consult a qualified professional.
3. Your content and your responsibility
The ideas, notes, and tasks you create are your content, stored in your own private Apple iCloud account and on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and use of that content. We do not review, monitor, or have access to it.
4. Data and availability — keep your own backups
While your content is designed to back up and sync through your private iCloud account, we do not guarantee that your content will always be available, preserved, or recoverable. Availability depends on Apple's iCloud service, your Apple Account, your device, and your network — all of which are outside our control. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of anything important. We are not liable for any loss of or inability to access your content.
5. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services, including Apple iCloud and the App Store, and uses analytics and diagnostic tools. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, content, or policies of third-party services, and reference to them does not imply endorsement.
6. External links
The App and website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperPug 3000 LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the App or its content, including any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. This Disclaimer does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and it is subject to the limitations set out in our Terms of Use.
8. Changes
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Disclaimer.
